Love the ease of ordering flowers on the site and I've been a past customer in store as well and I've always been satisfied. Only thing I would change is if the messages could either be typed up or written by someone with great fancy penmanship. Not a deal breaker but would just elevate the presentation. No complaints, other than that if you order around busy times you don’t have much of a selection for specific holidays, but that’s alright because their florist choice option is actually really nice and I happened to be on FaceTime with my girlfriend on Valentine’s Day (I’m away in the Marines) when they were delivered and the delivery person was really nice and seeing the reaction on my girlfriends face when they were delivered made the fairly reasonable price for their flower delivery more than worth it. I can honestly say they were some nice looking flowers and I’d order again
