Ordered the flowers with 4 days notice. They did arrive on the correct day, but not until past 7pm. Also I got an email hours before that saying they had been delivered. So spent about 30 mins trying to find them/figure out if they had been deliver to the wrong address. The shop had closed so I couldn’t call them to ask or confirm.

After leaving a detailed message of what flowers we wanted for our daughter's 1st wedding anniversary (after a year of cancer treatment) , we were disappointed that the arrangement was less than satisfactory. Even though they didn't have the flower we had requested, they didn't take the time to call and provide an alternative selection. When we called about it, we got a 'sorry about that' and no offer of a voucher or any other compensation. If this was the 'florists choice option' then it was a poor choice. We will not be returning customers.

My Mothers funeral was on Saturday (Bonnie) I spoke with Michelle in Corporate office to have 2 bouquets sent to Mckinnis & Holloway. I wasn’t sure who to call for this as I live out of town. Michelle was amazing with me trying to figure out what flowers to get done. When I got to the funeral home you could smell the roses from the front door and oh my goodness the roses were outstanding they were so big and yellow and beautiful! I was disappointed. The corsage was beautiful however, I had ordered something more simple and elegant. I ordered a spring display to cheer someone up. What should have had dark pink at the bottom with yellow tulips rising up became a totally red display, looking more like winter than spring. While I understand the need for substitutions, I would have appreciated a call as I would have ordered something different. This substitution completely change the bouquet which had been carefully chosen for a discouraged and beloved niece who was a teacher quarantined for the 4 time and who was going to have to spend her Easter break alone.

I was very pleased with the floral arrangements I purchased from Crowfoot Panda. With a little TLC (which was easy, because they provide flower food) my full arrangement lasted just over a week, and now, two weeks later, I still have a few blooms and greenery to enjoy. My only disappointment was that the flower shop completely truncated the note that I written that was within the 140? character limitation indicated and approved on line. And they didn’t even include who the flowers and chocolates were from in the card. Unfortunately the “love language” of the recipient were words of affirmation, and they were not included in the note, so the entire sentiment was pretty much lost on this $150 endeavour... Lesson learned...

My daughter has always, at least ten years, ordered flowers for me from her home in Germany. Both of us have been very happy with your arrangements but this time I was disappointed. The roses were lovely, very dark red with beautiful scent . They were mixed with dark chrysanthemums and purple flowers. The whole effect , particularly being wrapped in purple was more funereal than a happy birthday feel, dark and somber . I said so to my husband and he replied that he agreed but had not liked to say. This time you failed but I thought you should know why.

We couldn’t be more pleased with the arrangement Crowfoot Panda sent our daughter-in-law. She, in turn, posted a picture on her Facebook page telling all her friends how surprised and pleased she was when she received such a beautiful arrangement which included her favourite sunflowers. Everyone agreed that it was lovely. When you order from out of province you always wonder what will be received but with today’s technology I was able to view the actual bouquet and couldn’t have been happier.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. However, when it was delivered to me, the vase was lopsided inside the box which meant half of the water had spilled outside. Taking it out of the plastic bag was such a hassle to avoid any spillage. Could have been better.

Crowfoot PANDA were excellent. However your website ordering process leaves much to be desired. I would rate it at "1" out of "5". I received no confirmation of the transaction. Therefore I repeated the request to make the purchase and didn't know whether I had any, 1 or 2 transactions. So your confirmation process needs to be significantly better.

The flowers that were delivered resemblemed the photograph that I chose from the website in color however, many of the flowers were changed and the vase it was sent in was totally different. I was quite disappointed.

During floral holidays with the mass amounts of product being shipped to us, some of the boxes of flowers do not arrive in good shape. We then have to use our discretion to substitute different *healthier* flowers in to ensure the floral arrangement has a worthy lifespan. We try to notify customers of substitutions but with the holiday volume it can be hard. As for the vase - it should have been gold! that is a mistake on us for sure. Hi Alison, we are happy the flowers were beautiful. The vase used in this arrangement is a clear vase, it just has a green leaf in it to hind the steams which makes it look green. We are sorry for the confusion on the vase type.

Crowfoot Panda did an Excellent job!! I was out of town for my wife's birthday, she was all alone and I know that is a special day for her. Also i should add - The care of these arrangements just requires a daily watering & keeping them away from direct sunlight and/or heating sources. If you would like to go the extra mile, you can take the flowers out of the containers (if the are in a vase without foam) and re-cut the end of each stem as well as change out the water! :) if you have any further questions feel free to call us at (403)239-7673

I ordered the Alluring Alstroemeria Arrangement at 70$. I believe that the arrangement was supposed to contain 3 types (bicolor yellow, pink, hot pink). The staff was amazing and friendly, the corrected my credit card mistake within minutes, the guy who delivered them was very friendly. My ONLY complaint was we had ordered a Stuffie and it didn't come with the flowers :( I didn't want to kick up a stink about it, but I was disappointed. Other than that everything was perfect! Some flowers definitely do better than others in terms of longevity - The green hypericum, yellow daisy poms & yellow alstromeria we used in this arrangement would have been the most resilient stems! I placed my order online and within minutes a gentleman from the store contacted me to verify my order and to let me know that they were out of one the greens but they would replace it with something else. I was very impressed with this as other flower shops would not notify you if this were to happen. He was very helpful and friendly and the flowers were amazing. Never used Panda Flowers before so when we flew into Calgary for our mother's 90th, we wanted to see the floral arrangement from Panda that had been delivered to her. It was THE best arrangement of all the flowers she received!! Excellent value and beautifully presented. I received an exceptionally lovely bouquet about2.5 weeks ago and it is just now starting to fade. The design was beautiful. There was no name on the card and when I called the delightful young lady said she didn't want to keep me on the line - called me back in a few minutes with the information.
