The flowers looked beautiful, but I came out a little disappointed as the final product definitely seemed smaller than the picture. I know that the photo is just an example, but I feel like the image was of the largest size arrangement instead of the medium one as noted. I guess it is always better to just get arrangements in person to avoid this in the future! Thank you again!

The flowers were beautiful, although not at all like the picture. It was shown in a basket, all shades of mauve and not tall. We received tall pink snap dragons, tall white flowers and very little mauve. Flowers started falling 3 days later. So this time, we we a bit dissappointed, but we have had many great experiences in the past. I guess Mother's Day is super busy and options limited....

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The night before my friends wedding her bouquet fell through and we were having what I would call a flower emergency. 5 stars are not enough! I have been using Splurge for frequent floral arrangements for over a year, and they have always exceeded expectations. Recently we asked them to do our wedding and fortunately they agreed, even though the wedding was in Banff! I do find when I am not constricted for time I would still rather order over the phone to better describe what I would like included in the arrangement rather than having to pick a standard selection. It would have been hel;pful to receive the suggestiions on preserving flower life at the beginning rather than several days into their life. I realize a holiday might have intervened. Difficult (im[ossible )to remove arrangement from vase due to tape. I could not cut it w/o endangering my hands.

Splurge did a flower arrangement for our mother's funeral. I asked for a natural look, not one that looked like a traditional "funeral arrangement". I wanted lots of flowers! Well.....absolutely breathtaking! It brought tears to my eyes. The visual of the bouquet was stunning. The feeling when I looked at it was like going through an award winning flower garden. It was like seeds and bulbs were planted in a plot of soil and every one of them came up out of the ground and bloomed with all the natural greenery surrounding them. It was amazing! i have been using splurge for several years now and must say that they are by far the very best florists i have used. the consistantly superior quality products and service are paralelled by none. the creativity of the florists surprises me every time! they excelled on the larger orders i placed for receptions, parties etc whilst being organized and professional. i highly recommend splurge whether a small or large order.

We wanted to send my mother a single yellow rose bud for her 90th birthday. Due to the time difference we called just as the shop was closing. The staff was very sympathetic and kindly offered to deliver the flower to my mother on their way home from work.
