We do try to send pictures if we have time to take them. We received your order a little after 8 AM for a service at 11 AM that same morning AND with the church being about 20 minutes away. Our son passed away and we went to Always Remembered for the casket spray and 2 family floral easels. The arrangements they made where beautiful!! The casket spray was big and full of flowers. I have never seen a prettier one. The easels were the same way. All the plants that were sent from Always Remembered were big, healthy, and are so pretty. (And are thriving) My sister had her make an artificial arrangement, something I could keep, and it is gorgeous!! Rhonda listened to what we wanted and created pieces that went above our expectations. It was a pleasure doing business with her.

It was easy to navigate the site. I was looking for a plant for a funeral, but in the funeral section you only had flowers. That was the only hiccup I had.

This was the first time I had ever done an online order and needed it delivered the same day. I didn’t even get the order done until around 11am and they were still able to get it done and delivered by 2:30 or 3 that day! I am very impressed. I needed to order an arrangement for the funeral services for a friend's mother. I ordered an arrangement with less than 24 hours, and on Mother's Day weekend when I know AR was very busy, and they were able to fill the order, deliver it, and called me to check on possible substitution of some flowers (understandably, they were short on a couple of the flowers in the original arrangement.) What they recommended was absolutely beautiful, and I know because they texted me a photo of the final product. So happy, thank you.

They tried to contact me by phone to make another selection but I was unavailable. They made the perfect decision to substitute a different arrangement and my wife was very pleased. I live out of town and have used Always Remembered Flowers & Gifts on several occasions. When my father passed away -- we used this busy for all the flowers and arrangements. Recently, I lost a grandparent and because I could not attend the service, I sent flowers from out of town. In both cases, the owner and employees were extremely professional and willing to go the extra mile in order to make my family feel comfortable and taken care of during very difficult circumstances. As I do not live in the Jasper area, it is hard to find a florist's art and skills to employ for various gifts and memories. Always Remembered is now my favorite.
