I was so pleased with the customer service and speed of delivery! I was skeptical bc I ordered online. But the day of my delivery, they called me in the morning to make sure it was ok to substitute one flower for another (bc they were out of what I originally ordered). I appreciated that! Instead of just doing it without asking. I was fine with it and the recipient sent me a photo after she received and it had everything in it they said it would. It was a great experience.

I think the only issue I have is the delivery people calling before they come it kills the surprise of the flowers.

My arrangement was GORGEOUS. The delivery guy was very informative and told me how to keep my flowers alive. However there was a problem with the bottom of the vase and the arrangement toppled over. J. Maisels was informed that the vase was defective and they IMMEDIATELY called me to ask about the vase and offered to replace the bouquet. When I brought the broken bouquet in, the floral designer immediately saw that the bouquet was too heavy for the vase it was in and remade it. It was another gorgeous bouquet. Thank you for such great service!! You will be getting repeat business from me!

I placed an order online from overseas and decided to go with a custome arrangement. I stated the colors I wanted and left the rest up to them. I must say my mother LOVED them and they delivered them the same same. They even called her up (instead of leaving the flowers outside) to see when she would be back. She gave them a time frame and they came back just as they said they would. I will be ordering from them from this point on. They first experience was great!!

I had wanted the flowers to arrive ok n the day I had ordered them before my friend went out of town but no-one was home at time of delivery, so there wasn't anything you could do about that. He and his wife said the flowers were beautiful, so that's all that matters. And the staff was so nice and willing to change the delivery date if they weren't home on the second attempt, so I appreciated that.

Facing a long drive from Galveston to DFW, I bought some Daisies for cheer along the way. The stems were tipped in little water bottles to keep them fresh inthe car. Before I made it home, I stopped at my folks' house and shared several stems with my Mom. She called me later in the evening to tell me how beautiful they were - she had never seen such large, pretty flowers. A double-whammy in 'feel good' from the daisies for me and mom :) Genuine and helpful people not to mention lovely flowers at J. Maisel's!
