Expressions by Elizabeth and CincyFlorist is my go to whenever I need to send flowers. I prefer them over anyone else not only because they are local, but because their work is stunning! I’ve sent them for funerals, birthdays, as thank you’s and just because. They have always made beautiful arrangements that look just like the photos online to choose from. The quality of the flowers is exceptional as is the design is the arrangements. Fabulous selection, prompt delivery and exceptional value for what you get.

I have used this service many times and have been very happy with it. Additionally the recipients have all been very happy with what they’ve received. My only feedback would be…. When choosing an arrangement, there are always 3 options “standard” “deluxe” & “premium”. They each vary slightly in price. It would be beneficial to have a description of what’s included in the higher price points, or even a sample picture of each so that we can see the differences.

Flowers by Elizabeth always, always, always do a great job. Delivery person actually rang the door bell and waited for the delivery. The flowers were beautiful! Did not like the chocolates, I'm more of a Ghirdella or Godiva Chocolates. Like Dark Chocolates, Should try Ester Price Candies, they offer milk and dark Chocolates as well as sugar free options and they are local.

The gourmet fruit and cheese basket exceeded our highest expectations! Since we could not be with our family at Christmas, we decided at the last minute to send them something to let them know we were thinking of them. According to my sister-in-law, the driver said the basket weighed about 25 pounds! It was filled with a great selection of chocolates, fruit, cheese and sausage! We couldn't be more pleased! I ordered an Easter lily for my mom. Unfortunately they did not have one after I ordered online. They called right away and we discussed my options. Even with a day notice, she was able to put together a beautiful arrangement that actually my mom preferred. Guess it was meant to be. Great service and delivery!!

I had gotten word of a funeral late Friday evening for a Saturday morning service. I call first thing Saturday morning to see if they could make the delivery (nearby). The friendly agent assured me they could provide the flowers I had selected. Later I learned I had been given the wrong address for the funeral home, but when I called Elizabeth's to correct it, they had already noticed the error and delivered to the correct home. Excellent customer service.

florist of Cincinnati was awesome. I ordered some flowers for delivery to my aunts work because was retiring. She decided to leave early that day, so I called florist of Cincinnati and they were able to change the delivery to her house at the spur of the moment!
