Flowers were pricey, but not off basis with what other people were charging. Online portal worked well and I was able to place the delivery and pay with no hassle. The only thing unclear was the difference in deluxe and regular. The delivery was timely, my girlfriend wasn’t there, so we picked them up later and the arrangement was beautiful. Very disappointed for what I paid, I expected more of an arrangement. I also left voice messages times two and my phone calls were never returned. I would have to think hard and long about returning here to do a business.

The volume of calls received especially during a holiday is quite high and we do our best to get back to customers in a timely fashion. However, its possible that since your order was placed and delivered the same day, we may have assumed it was not necessary to return your call. Called to place an order to wofe at WSU campus, which is not an easy route. Tammy was very patient as we discussed how to get the flowers to the right place. There was something in her tone and attitude that made me want to make this work. Flowers arrived timely and my wife was thrilled with the quality and apprearance. The flowers are lovely. My husband was happy to find someone who would deliver in Troy. However, according to him, the order was incomplete and was supposed to included caramels. I just thought his sentiment was sweet and wasn’t heartbroken or anything, but I would be disappointed if I had ordered a gift for another person and heard it arrived incomplete.

Ordered an arrangement with a jack o lantern container and got a plain terra cotta cheap pot. Spent $80 sending to my college kid for her favorite holiday and they miss the entire point. I would have been fine w flower substitutions but the whole point was a Halloween surprise and instead I get a cheap pot with no Halloween decor.

Dear Diana, I understand your disappointment. According to our records, your order was delivered on the day requested. I contacted the nursing facility where your mother was a patient. They took responsibility for not delivering it to your mother when it arrived. This is not an isolated incidence. However, I would offer that a little grace might be considered. I appreciate all that the nursing facilities to keep their patients and residents safe and that sometimes they are a bit overwhelmed. I cannot explain all the various emails, I am sorry.

I needed a last minute order for a friend who was going through a loss in their family. The arrangement I purchased looked beautiful online, but when they were delivered the flowers did not hold up to the order I placed. I was embarrassed to give them to my friend, as she did notice the wilting flowers. I felt the price did not match what was received. Some of the flowers were beautiful (excluding the wilting ones) and they were able to be delivered within a day’s notice, so that was positive. If I’m going to spend that kind of money I hope it doesn’t disappoint.

Unfortunately you did not deliver my flowers during the time frame promised. I even stayed home late and didn’t go to work on time waiting for it. It was supposed to be delivered before 10am. When I was home at 4pm it had STILL not been delivered! It must have been delivered between 4-7pm. Also a few of the stems were broken slightly. Like someone damaged them, but tried to hide it. I think your service needs improvement.

I am sorry you unhappy. As I explained to the sender, I do not open until 10 and would deliver as soon as possible. My delivery person took the arrangement to your complex before 4 PM and it left here looking beautiful. There was no apartment number on the order & she inquired until finding your apt. You were not home and she left a note on your door as to where the arrangement had been left. I apologize if the arrangement had been damaged after it was delivered. I take these complaints very seriously and will do my best to not have another such incident.

There was another order for your mother on Monday, the 30th and it was delivered on time. The arrangement is lovely! Fresh flowers all beautifully arranged. I got flowers from both of my kids for my birthday, one arrangement through FTD delivered and arranged by the local Safeway and the other by Lavender&Thyme. The L&T is far better, fresher and was less expensive!

I have sent and received several L&T arrangements and been very pleased with the quality of the flowers including orders with special directions to modify the flowers in the arrangement. L&T would deserve 5 out of 5 stars, except for the following. There needs to be some way of confirming what the arrangement looked like without having to ask the recipient. Also, the presence of a delivery fee AND a service fee is disgruntling every time. I feel one of the fees could go towards sending a digital picture of the arrangement to the customer the day of the delivery with the delivery confirmation.

I am confused about your comment regarding being charged both a delivery and service fee. The delivery fee is a set fee that is consistent with all orders and the only additional charge is tax. I ordered a sunflower arrangement for my girlfriend with an additional $10 plush toy. The flowers arrived in rough shape, the stems were already browning and the petals were wilting. The arrangement would barely stay up and the flowers were completely dead within 72 hours. Also, they never delivered the plush toy. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because it was on time although I put my order in days in advance it is not like they really came through greatly for me. Overall pretty dissatisfied for an $85 purchase and will not be purchasing from here again.

Wyatt, You are right, I would have been disappointed also. I had just gotten the sunflowers in, but I am having trouble with fresh product. I will redo the order. I did not see the request for a plush toy, but will include one. Again, I apologize. I try to use only fresh product.

The lilies in the arrangement appeared battered when it was delivered - as though they had been crunched somehow. By yesterday afternoon (only 2 days after delivery) the roses were wilted and petals were falling off some of the Alstroemeria. Today the daisy petals are curling. Overall, disappointed. Many of the flowers in the arrangement were clearly NOT fresh at the time of delivery.

It would be nice if there was some way to confirm receipt of flowers without having to call the recipient or call the L&T office. Tracking online would be perfect, especially for customers who live out of town. I sent flowers for bereavement (I live in Washington) and did not want to call the recipient to confirm that she received the flowers (looks tacky). She sent me a text that the flowers were amazing, so I am happy with my order.

As a previous flower shop owner I was quite surprised to find that so many shops in the Pullman/ Moscow area wouldn't make a delivery after 3PM even for something like candy or balloons. I was happy to find Lavender and Thyme and I was even more surprised to find that she would go the extra mile to ensure that my daughter received her birthday candy and balloons on the day I called. My daughter loved her candy and balloons and the Happy Birthday Song she got when she opened the door!! I was happy to hear about the song since I didn't order it!
