I rated a 4 because the flowers I ordered my girlfriend looked amazing. The only issue I had was that it was suppose to be a surprise, but the delivery person called ahead of time to make sure she was home which ruined the surprise. I had put down the time she would be home in the special instructions box and the delivery was even made during that time. I just wanted it to be a surprise since im deploying really soon. But the flower arrangement was amazing! Thank you :)
