Hi there! You picked a rose special designers choice for $65.00. Roses are $6.60 a stem. How creative do you want us to be with a budget that you chose? You have the container cost and the flower costs. Our hands are literally tied to working within your budget. If you had higher expectations of creativity you should have given us guidance to fit your budget.

We made an order from Bloomin' Tons Floral Co. for one of our alumni that resides in Bloomington. It turns out that he was out of town for the next week so the fruit and cheese that was included in his gift basket would have gone bad. The staff at Bloomin' Tons went above and beyond by calling the individual to see if they were home and they drove to the location to make sure that neighbors were able to enjoy the basket at the alumni's request so that the contents were not wasted! The staff at Bloomin' Tons was incredible to work with! Thank youfor all of your help making this delivery happen!

I ordered flowers for my granddaughter’s 20th birthday. I ordered luminous from the website. My granddaughter sent me a picture of the flowers. I was disappointed to say the least. The bouquet of flowers had lots and lots of green leaves where you would expect flowers. The owner offered to pick up the flowers and redo them but I declined. I did not want my granddaughter to feel that the flowers were in any way inferior so I passed and will use another florist the next time. A professional florist should get it right the first time.

This order was placed in Colorado and sent back for delivery in Colorado. WE were merely the middle person forwarding this to a Denver Colorado Florist. Robin, The arrangement you picked is a smaller scale bouquet. The vase itself is only a 6" vase. Along with the flowers it should be no taller than 13". Next time you would like to place an order you can call us directly for a larger bouquet for the $65.00 price point that you paid.

Your customer ordered this product at a price point of 60.00 USD Product Recipe: 8" terra cotta plastic bowl - 8" dish garden of assorted green plants **WE UPGRADED THE CONTAINER AND IT WAS A 10" SIZE PLANTER and we filled the order to the value that we had to work with. Plants have increased in price due to greenhouse growers choosing to grow CBD instead of plants for the floral businesses. As you can see these are TROPICAL plants and not native or grown in Indiana. There were 5 plants in the order you chose, and there were 5 plants in the order that was sent.

I know for a fact that all house's and apartments went out on the 2nd routes around 11 a.m. Your delivery fell in route with how the deliveries had to be strategically routed to maximize time for a 8 hour delivery window. Sorry you felt you needed more attention on your order, but we did our best with what time we had to work within.

Great friendly responsive service! I'm from the east coast and needed to send a Christmas centerpiece on X-mas eve morning. Not knowing the area I looked on internet for a florist near the family I was sending it to and the name caught my eye. I was in a bit of a panic due to the short notice. My husband sends me flowers at least twice a month. This arrangement I received honestly looked like shit. Someone even said they looked two weeks old, and they were only 2 days old. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered flowers online for my mother in law's birthday and was so disappointed and embarrassed when she sent me a photo of the arrangement. Looked nothing like what I ordered online with MAYBE half the flowers shown advertised. Looked like a $30 arrangement and I paid $85. I'll be ordering from another more trustworthy florist in the future.

Call me crazy, but perhaps you could just send what the customer ordered and paid for the first time around. Instead you put the burden on the customer to find out from the recipient of the gift if it was worth the money the customer spent, then call you and inform you of what you should already be well aware of...that you did a substandard job. This was A GIFT to someone and not everyone reaches out to the recipient of their gifts to make sure they received a quality product as it is crass and defeats the purpose of sending a thoughtful gift.

Let alone overnight shipping charges to us to ensure freshness and longevity. We get what you mean but you also picked a low compact design. If we would have been able to get the flowers from our Monday flower supplier, it would have been there at 9 a.m. Since we had to get them from our Tuesday supplier, their delivery to us gets here in the early afternoon. UGH... we hate it also ... but we are happy that she did get them on her first big day opening in Btown! We've heard the baked goods were a hit down there as we used to be right across the street from her until we lost all parking :(

I would not use them again. I paid over $100 for an arrangement that had three roses in it and two daisy looking flowers and the colors were off. I paid for the largest arrangement of that style and I think I got the base size. When we called, they said they would give me a $10 credit which I found inadequate. I was actually embarrassed when I saw what was delivered to my daughter and her roommates for graduation. Bottom line, overpriced.

I placed a last minute order for birthday flowers, not being sure if the florist would be able to deliver on same day. They did! The flowers were delivered within 2-3 hours of when the order was placed. It turned out to be a well appreciated gift - flowers, balloon and chocolates. Honestly I was very disappointed for what I paid for... $100 and the plant was very small and the UGLY blue ribbon did nothing for the small plant, at least use White so it will be seen. The basket it was in looked used and was lopsided. Very disappointed.

I had no problem with the Schefflera or basket being lopsided or anything as it left this shop. The plant was small, plants from Florida are small now due to the Hurricane season & supplier pricing does not change with height. The blue bow we used is in respect to the male gender. We were not instructed YOU wanted a white ribbon. Sorry you were upset/embarrassed thinking it was the ugliest plant sent to your best friends fathers funeral... I would have called if it were my order. We want to know ASAP when a customer is not happy and we cannot fix problems unless we are told.

Since the construction of I-69/37 we have decided to fulfill orders to Martinsville later in the afternoon because of the construction. We cannot send our driver to Martinsville in the early or midday because of the highway closing at multiple times periodically in the day due to construction blasting. We schedule our route later to avoid a 1.5 to 3 hour round trip to Martinsville. As for the bouquet, it's not a big bouquet to begin with as it's less than 10" tall and it was filled to the value that you specified on your order.

I loved it! Here’s my only criticism: You guys are a floral arrangement service correct? You should seek to improve your arrangement skills. i.e. the lack of variety I experienced with the candy arrangement I received. All of the contents were different candy, but they were all chocolate... despite one. The skittles were the only type of fruity candy present in the arrangement. I suggest you strive to correct this imbalance, and include less chocolate, with fruity candy in its place.

The candy bouquet that was delivered to you is posted on our website and if you look at the candy bouquet you would see its all chocolates except for 1 Rice Krispy Treat which we were out of. The design shows that there are no FRUITY candies in the bouquet. Anyone can change the order to tell us what they want in this arrangement Unfortunately the sender did not state any particular candies but just to do the order as close to the picture as possible. Next time IF we get another order for candy for you we know now that you'd like an array of candy including fruit candies.

the flower arrangement did not look like the picture online. I ordered the higher priced choice. it was suppose to be purple and white with some greenery. It looked like some wild flowers thrown in a vase. some of the flowers were wilted. not happy at all. usually they do a wonderful job.

If you are looking for true Customer Service this is definitely the flower shop you want to use these guys A close family member passed away and I was overseeing the funeral that was in Greenwood A good portion of the flowers came from the shop but other arrangements were ordered from other flower shops. You could definitely see a difference in the design in touch. Deb the owner even personally came down and delivered a beautiful arrangement of flowers that framed a photo of the persons life we were celebrating. They did an absolute wonderful job

The response and follow up to ensure delivery on the day requested was a 5 but the selection of flowers for the arrangement was more a 3 because I asked for something more exotic and unusual (wanted orchids but you didn't have any) and it was not that.

The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time. My mother enjoyed talking to the young man who brought them to her, and was delighted in the uniqueness of the flowers she received. I decided to use a local shop this time, because the common mail order flower delivery services (Proflowers, etc.) always substitutes the flowers I purchased with something less desirable.
