Overall pretty good and satisfied. I had just read some negative reviews on Google after I'd placed my order but see you are trying to improve operations. The vase that the flowers came in looked fairly small for what I paid, otherwise everything else was satisfactory. Thank you.

My order for long stemmed white roses needed to be delivered without delay. The woman at Rachel’s Roses who took my order by phone was Nancy. It was late in the day but she assured me she would personally see to it that the roses would be delivered the next morning. When I saw the roses the next day I can honestly say they took my breath away. Each rose was in full bloom and perfect. Shiny soft greenery was tucked in between the stems. The arrangement was more beautiful than pictured on their website. Do not hesitate to order from this floral shop. They exceeded my expectations by far.

Hi Roseann, Sorry you were not happy with your arrangement. Unfortunatly it is sometimes difficult to make a floral arrangement "like the picture" we used all the flowers that were in the recipe. Perhaps next time it would be better to requets a designers choice.

We are sorry you didnt receive your order. Our driver delivered your order to Lasata Heights at 10:55 am on December,22nd. I'm not sure what happened to your order after that. Our policy on undelivered orders is....we need to be notified within 24 hours so that we can trace or replace the missing order. We were notified 15 days later of non delivery. This time exceeds our policy and Rachel's Roses did not receive any communication regarding this issue up until now. We are sorry.

Your arrangement in beautiful. Your roses however, are a bit "old". Received on Sunday. On Tuesday the petals started turning brown on the edges of the petals.

We are glad you thought the arrangement was beautiful. I can promise you the roses in your arrangement were not "old". The roses probably had a bit of frost bite due the the extreme temperatures of -2 and a daytime high of 2 with - 20 plus windchill. Its unfortunate we cannot control the temp and we do all that is possible to deliver a quality product.

I said to him "It must be wonderful to have people greet him with smiles when he delivers them flowers" and his response was "Yeah, but I still have to work!". Didn't care for the call I got to tell me they didn't have the flowers in stock to make the arrangement that I ordered online. Offered substitute flowers which had no meaning, I dont know what they look like. website said same day delivery if ordered within 2 hr, asked about the delivery charge if I waited until tomorrrow, she snickered "you still have to pay" .. doesn't speak excellent customer service. the "substitute flower arrangement" and it was beautiful.. but I paid the same price.

I love the choice of flowers and fillers. The flowers seem to be fresh and are holding up well. The arrangement of choice is very short and when cutting and trimming the flower ends they are getting very short. My husband and my 40th wedding anniversary is in 2 days, and he sent me a dozen long-stemmed red roses as a surprise today. The gold & white striped box tied with a red ribbon is so pretty, but the roses are beyond gorgeous. They're not only perfectly shaped but also opened just enough that they'll last a long time. The filler is a perfect complement, ferns w/what looks like purple & white baby's breath! Thank you Rachel's Roses for the most beautiful flowers! And, of course, my husband!

The website said it would be delivered that same day, it was delivered the next day. I did order in the afternoon so maybe it was just a glitch. Overall easy to order online. Thanks!

Hi your order was delivered on the 8th however, we didn't have a chance to confirm delivery until the 9th. When we made the delivery we spoke with the kindest lady. I believe she was the recipients grandmother. Sorry about the confusion. Thanks for choosing Rachel's Roses.
