I have had the honor and pleasure of encountering Ms. Verl and her anointed designs! From Nashville through 1 800 Flowers to Ms. Verl, for completion of order, I received the sweetest "get well" arrangement (sick as a dog). It's fantastically precious! I wish this site could show pics!! TTHANK YOU, Ms. Verl!! It has made my recoup so much easier and complete❤️

Verl is a floral artist with heart! Without my specifying colors or flowers, I described the effect I wanted a birthday bouquet to convey, and she created the perfect arrangement! I was thrilled that she even included flowers from my unspoken wish-list! The recipient was delighted with the display, which brought beauty and joy into the home! Verl will be my go-to Dallas florist for all future needs!

I ordered my wife flowers for Valentines' Day. When she sent me the pictures, I noticed the arrangement itself did not look like fresh roses, and was very disappointed. I left a message and was told the owner would contact me. Now, normally when this happens with other companies, you are issued an apology and issued a credit for the next purchase. I received a call, was issued an apology and was told another arrangement would be sent out. They also went above and beyond to send a much better arrangement for what I paid for! The arrangement was absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended!!

I love my flower arrangement. After a order from Flowers For You gave her the wrong order, Ms. Verl said she would make it right. She went above and beyond on her creation. I woke my wife from her sleep and showed it to her. She went back to sleep with a smile on her face. Ms. Verl will now be the only florist I order from. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Not impressed AT ALL! My husband ordered the "Heart & Soul" arrangement to surprise me at work. He ordered on Mon for a Tues delivery. When I had not received anything Tues, he called the florist. Was told the order was on the truck for delivery. Did not come on Wed. He called again. Again, "on the truck". I did not receive the arrangement until THURS AFTER 3:00!! The arrangement looked terrible. The ribbon was a joke. Poor job, Verl's!

Ordered flowers for my family and not only did I get a great deal because I ordered a great number of them, they managed to order them before time and they were just as the picture showed. I am amazed at how a flower shop could deliver flowers before time and provide the exact design I ordered. I know Verl's Creation Florists will be my florist of choice in Dallas.
