I am sorry the color was off. My web site does say that substutions are possible do to availablity af flowers. this is due to tariffs and higher prices this year. I did add green roses instead of green carnations to fill the bouquet to the higher value you ordered.

Mom’s been battling cancer. The flowers were for her 91st birthday. She loved them! After her birthday, she quickly declined. Family flew to be with her and saw the flowers she loved so much. Since we don’t live here, we didn’t know the quality of your work, but we were truly pleased. Mom died last night. I’m glad she was able to appreciate the flowers when she got them . Thank you!

I sent fresh flowers and filled the vase to value, Flowers are not arriving as often and we are being forced to take what we can get. I did call but no one answered the phone. Sorry you are disappointed I my purpose in staying open is to uplift people's spirits and brighten up a special occasion the best way I can.
