I paid 80.00 for something that didn't look nothing like what I paid for . Not happy at all. I could of went to price chopper and got better looking flowers for awhole lot cheaper . I would like part of my money back !!!!!!!!!

On April 1,2025, I received a surprise birthday floral arrangement from my Son in NH thru Blossoms 'N More. Truthfully, with no exaggeration, it is the most beautiful, healthy looking, well designed arrangement that I have ever seen/received. The exceptional variety of flowers, the colors and the perfection of the flowers are not "your run of the mill" bouquet kind !! Additionally, my Son said he was totally impressed with the stellar customer service and assistance he received from Celeste when ordering. We both highly recommend Blossoms 'N More !!!!!

The flowers were nice but I don't feel they were fully worth what I paid. I preordered and understand it was Valentine's day but I asked for some specific flowers. They did not accommodate but those who called last minute while I was waiting were getting exactly what they asked for. It was a little frustrating. Overall not bad but not the best experience.

I did look at what you said, there is an order for the 13th of Feb. and I see where you did in fact ask for some specific stems there. you are right about it being crazy busy for Valentines Day for sure. The order you sent to us online says 2nd choice is a "Designers choice". Im thinking that is exactly what you got, choice # 2. Im glad you included a 2nd choice, as a backup for your order, but I do still want to see what you received for your cost concerns. We have an excellent reputation & want you to be satisfied. We often...not always, do see this Candy Bouquet ordered for children, so we have elected to use the acrylic container over the breakable ceramic you might have wanted it to be. I was not home for the delivery but my husband arrived back home in time. I was told the delivery person waited for a bit and was about to call because they wanted to make sure someone was home to receive the plant and not just leave it in freezing temperatures on our doorstep. This may be a common expectation but it's still so kind and thoughtful that I am impressed and grateful. I've used Blossoms n More in the past and I'm so grateful my employer decided to use them in this instance also. Thank you!

These women were absolutely Amazing! I had a Florist fall through for my wedding and I reached out with only a month and a half till the day and they helped me with everything kept in communication with me And the flowers just turned out absolutely stunning! I highly recommend to any bride looking for a beautiful bouquet! Today is my Mother's 88th birthday. I called Blossoms N' More this morning from California and spoke to Celeste who was very sweet and helpful. Blossoms N More always does a great job. They called to let me know that they needed to substitute some flowers which was very nice of them to do and to let me know that they added some roses to the arrangement. Anytime that I have sent flowers, they are fresh and designed beautifully. I have worked in a flowershop before and done arranging so I can be a tough sell, but they never disappoint.

My mother ordered flowers for her sister‘s 94th birthday (from a different company) on a Tuesday for delivery on Saturday and was notified on the day they were to be delivered that delivery was not going to be possible. My mother called me very upset so I immediately got online and placed an order from you for delivery on Monday. I was so impressed with the service I got! I waited too long to order for Mother's Day, so I thought Mom wouldn't get her flowers until a few days later, but I got a call saying they could deliver them on the Sunday. They also had to substitute some different flowers, since irises are scarce right now, and the resulting bouquet was lovely. I ordered flowers for my grandparents, Dan and Ruth. I live in Iowa, so I had no way of helping deliver them or knowing when they would be home. The owner made a special stop after the store closed to make sure they got delivered - and my grandparents LOVED the arrangement! I will definitely be placing future orders from here from now on!

I was a little disappointed with the freshness of the roses that came in the arrangement. They were fully opened when they arrived and by evening they were so splayed out that they hardly resembled roses. Yes, they had water in the container. I went back the next day (Sat.) but you were not open.

Wonderful and friendly customer service. I ordered flowers just a few hours before they were delivered and they even gave my order a little “extra” when I called them about applying a coupon I found after the fact. Because they couldn’t refund the difference of the coupon they added more flowers. They were beautiful and reasonably priced!

Beautiful arrangement! My mom had ordered this for me as a surprise, but the florist called to confirm I was home to deliver an order I had placed. I almost didn't return the call because I hadn't placed an order. I did call though and confirmed I was home. Was asked for directions which I thought was odd-most people have GPS especially if delivery service. Was told they would be there within an hour. It was about 2 hours. One star deducted due to the wait, but otherwise very happy with service.
