It was easy to place an order online. I called to make sure my order was ready and was able to pick it up at the time I chose. The staff were all friendly and efficient even though it was the day before Valentine's. The flowers were beautiful as advertised and there was nothing to complain about.

I ordered 3 arrangements for a funeral, two were ordered the day prior to the funeral and 1 the day of the funeral. They were all delivered on time and they were beautiful and bigger than I had expected. We received a call about the last one because some of the flowers were not available. Not only did they want to substitute, but they wanted to make it bigger and better. The customer service is exceptional and I will definitely use them again.

Not ONLY is this a 5* review - it's a heartfelt "thank you". Purchasing juuuust the right arrangement for a person that was dear to you isn't easy. What i saw in my head, i didn't think she understood. I called from the funeral home that my order wasn't there... YES IT WAS!!
