I had a last minute order and called four places before this one all were rude and said no they couldn’t help .. then here the manager Loraine truly gave me one of the best services I have ever had … sweet , kind , funny , knowledgeable, fast and cared about one thing me the client that called .. this is my forever new flower shop!

I asked for a pic of the plant that would be sent. I was denied - told the owner does not allow phones in the shop. What about serving the customer's needs? She never even offered to double check with the owner. To date, I have no idea what my $90 purchase looked like.

Hello, we understand your concern, however we have had bad experiences with some customer's once our designers share the picture from her phone then she get messages after hours and sometime not appropriate messages to avoid such situations we have strict rules of no cell phones allowed at work. All we can promise you that we go out of our way to create beautiful arrangments. Thank you
